"Katie's Bag" is a great hobo-style bag. She's easy to construct, has two handy pockets on front, wall-to-wall pockets inside, and is complete with an adjustable handle so you can carry her anyway you like.
There's only two actual paper pattern pieces for "Katie" - one for the purse body (used for the exterior and lining of the bag) and the second for the front pockets. The rest of the sections (interior pockets and handle) are just simple rectangles that you measure and cut. You may combine two or more fabrics or stick with only one for the entire bag - your choice. It really IS that easy to make a fabulous and functional purse sure to grab compliments wherever you go.
